For dive centres

Nothing leaves the dock that shouldn't.

An insurance that ran out on Tuesday. A medical form nobody countersigned. One guest too many for the ratio. Your centre finds all three when the day is planned — not at ten to eight with seven people already in wetsuits.

Sunday, 07:40. The boat is loaded.

The morning

You find out too late.
Or you find out on Thursday.

Tomás's insurance ran out on the first. Nobody looked. It is Sunday, the tanks are on the boat, and a mother is asking whether her son can come along.

This is what your centre showed on Thursday, the moment the day was planned — and it will not let the dive be confirmed while any of it stands.

Checks panel: three blocking findings — an expired DAN Pro insurance, seven guests against a six-to-one ratio, and a medical statement awaiting a physician's signature — plus one finding marked not checked.
Tomorrow, 09:00 — Open Water, dives 1 and 2. Blocked.

And when it cannot answer, it says not checked rather than letting five unnamed guests pass for fine. You still decide. You just decide knowing.

Eleven courses last month. Which ones paid?

The money

Busy is not the same as profitable.

Most systems can tell you what you invoiced. Yours tells you what the dive cost — agency fee, course materials, the instructor's day, the gas, the wear on the kit. Taken from the day plan, the fill log and the till. Nothing typed in a second time.

The number under the dive: minus 744.85 euro at minus 197 percent, itemised into agency fee, materials, instructor, tank fill and equipment wear, followed by the assumptions the figure rests on.
One course, before it runs. Minus €744.85 — and here is why.

And it tells you when it is unsure. If the till only covers 14 % of the list price, either you gave a discount or a receipt never made it in — so it says which way the figure is wrong instead of showing you a confident number.

Seen from above: snorkellers spread across bright turquoise shallows beside a reef.

The same list, written three times.

The paperwork

Write it once.
On the jetty.

The manifest on a clipboard. The hours in a notebook. The invoice after dinner, from memory. Three versions of one morning, and the one that is wrong is always the one you need later.

Today's screen on a phone: a boat trip at nine with six divers listed by name, each with a check-in button.

Check in with one thumb, wet hands and all.

The names are already there — the same list the checks just cleared, not a copy of it.

Hours are never stamped. They fall out of the day plan and are only confirmed. Where the confirmation differs from the plan, both numbers stay on the screen instead of one quietly winning — because on a busy Saturday that difference is somebody's pay.

Moving in — and out

Bring five years with you.

Export whatever you have now. Your file goes in column by column, with a dry run that writes nothing and tells you exactly what would happen. Any run can be taken back — and anything you have edited since stays untouched.

It never guesses at a date. 03/04 is the 3rd of April and the 4th of March, so it asks you which — once, for the whole column. That one question is the difference between your guests' birthdays being right and being quietly a month out.

Day plan

Boat trips, shore dives, pool and classroom. Every one of them checked before it can be confirmed.

Guests

Certifications from 11 agencies. Guests register through a link that expires — no account, no password.

Courses

A course freezes the agency's requirements the day it starts. Whoever signs off a skill must be allowed to teach it.

Equipment & gas

Service dates, a use counter that rises by itself, and a fill log the cost figure actually reads.

Staff

Who is in today, whose papers run out when, what the day was worth. Prepared for payroll, never invented.

Till & shop

Records what happened, claims nothing about tax law. No shop? Switch it off — half of you don't have one.

Rentals

Gear out, gear back, who has what right now. One stock, not a second one for rentals.

Hotels & agents

Your partner gets a link that expires, showing their month. Not a login, not a second password to manage.

Your data

Every table of yours, in one file, any day you ask. The door out is as wide as the door in.

The price

One plan. No tiers.
